• Die Arbeit untersucht das landesplanerische Instrument Regionalmanagement hinsichtlich seiner Schnittstellen zu fach- und kommunalpolitischen Instrumenten und Handlungsansätzen. Anhand von "best practices" werden unterschiedliche Regionalmanagementansätze im Hinblick auf ihre Konnektivität zu den Kommunal- und Fachpolitiken beleuchtet. Daraus werden Empfehlungen zur zukünftigen Positionierung des Regionalmanagements bei Umsetzungsprozessen von Projekten abgeleitet. Die Erarbeitung eines aktiven Schnittstellenmanagements ist dabei wesentlicher Bestandteil.
• The study examines the possible interfaces between the spatial planning instrument regional management and instruments of sectoral and municipal policies. On the basis of "best practices" examples different types of regional management structures are explored from different angles with regard to their connectivity to sectoral as well as municipal policies. As a result the study will give proposals for the future positioning of regional management within the implementation of projects and measures, focussing on an active interface management.
